The City of Seward is a thriving area where your business will grow. Local employers cite the Midwest work ethic and access to a population of almost one-half million as strengths to their Seward, Nebraska location. With only a 20-minute drive to downtown Lincoln, Seward has access to metropolitan services with cost of living and quality of life advantages of a mid-size community.

A Commuting Patterns study was completed to show that large employers in the City of Seward are able to attract workers from a large geographic area (20 counties) with a population base of more than one-million people. Population in those 20 counties is 1.35 million. Most workers live within 30 miles of the City of Seward or within roughly 45 minutes travel time. However, a small number of workers travel much further than 30 miles to work in the City of Seward. Read the full study.
